Let’s face it, finding connection to our body post baby can be challenging. So instead of going it alone, the Postnatal Recovery Program was created to track progress with a group, while getting individual attention to meet your specific needs. This program is a 6 week online support group with live and pre recorded Pilates classes and Private lessons to get you back into your body post baby. We designed this program with you and your busy mama life in mind. (We understand).

This program is for all women who:

  • Are pregnant or about to become pregnant and want to get more information and what to expect prior to having a baby.

  • Postpartum 4 weeks - any stage!

  • Want to find their deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor again and/or determine how to check for Diastasis Recti and what to do about it.

  • Learn to navigate this new body and do the things you enjoyed before baby.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

ONLINE SUPPORT GROUP

Weekly online support group with Amanda Howard and other mamas in the program to hold each other accountable, have check-in discussions and track progress.

  • We may not be able to meet in person, but we sure can build community! This is one way we support each other + track progress.

  • Receive pelvic floor Physical Therapist recommendations in your area.

  • The program will be limited to 6 women to keep it small and personal.

ONLINE CLASSES + PRIVATE LESSONS

  • 6 LIVE online group classes. (We will meet once a week based on a convenient time for everyone in the group).

  • 3 online or in person private lessons. You will have the opportunity to have eyes only on YOU and to ask any specific questions. (This will be scheduled based on your availability.)

  • 3 pre recorded classes to watch at your convenience during the program and after. You will always have access to these videos.

  • All classes + private lessons will be recorded and have access to during the program.

  • We will discuss and check for Diastasis Recti and common pelvic floor issues.

  • Learn how to connect to our core and abdominal muscles with various gentle exercises.

  • Eventually working and adding on to each exercise throughout the 6 weeks.

EXERCISES + MYOFASCIAL RELEASE BALL

  • You will receive a detailed PDF of the exercises, a detailed list of everything we will cover in the 6 week program, and a chart to track your progress.

  • 1 green myofascial release ball from The Center Method. We will use this throughout the program.

Please check with your healthcare provider before jumping into any program post baby.

The next program will run the week of February 6th, 2021 and run until March 13th. The support group and class will meet on Zoom every Saturday beginning February 6th. For more info please click the link below or sign up!
