We created this retreat because we couldn’t find one that felt just right — so we built it ourselves. A retreat rooted in warmth, connection, and intention. Passionate about making Pilates accessible to all, Amanda believes that everyone—regardless of age, background, or life stage—can benefit from this transformative practice. From pregnancy and postpartum recovery to injury prevention, athletic performance, daily movement, and navigating menopause, Amanda is committed to helping women feel strong, supported, and empowered through every phase of life. Her teaching blends deep knowledge with compassionate guidance, creating space for clients to reconnect with and better understand their evolving bodies.

  • Carli is a passionate Pilates instructor with a calming, supportive approach that meets you exactly where you are. what truly keeps her inspired is the power of community. There’s something so special about moving, growing, and sharing space with others who are on their own journey.
