  • The retreat is at the beautiful Bask Retreat Center in Centerville, TN and only 1.5 hrs west of Nashville.

  • Nope. There will be a chef provided on site for 2 dinners, 1 lunch and 2 breakfasts. Feel free to bring snacks or your favorite bevies though.

  • Yes, there will be a daily schedule that you will receive upon arrival. You can choose to participate or simply do what you’d like! Free time will also be built into the schedule. The goal here is to haven a relaxing and nourishing experience.

  • Nope! Not at all. We welcome all levels from new to Pilates to advanced. This retreat is about listening to your body and our experienced instructors teach to whoever is in the room. We meet you where you are. So bring your injuries and your limitations… let us guide you!
