More Than a Certification.
A Year of Becoming a Teacher.
There are Pilates teacher training programs that can get you certified in a matter of days or weeks. We believe becoming a great Pilates teacher takes much more than that. Our Teacher Training Program is grounded in the Classical Pilates Method developed by Joseph Pilates. You'll learn the traditional Mat and Reformer repertoire—not as choreography to memorize, but as a complete system. We teach the why behind each exercise: how movements connect, what to look for in a client's body, and how to modify or progress work while staying true to the method.

Throughout the program, you'll learn to:
-
Teach with confidence, intention, and purpose
-
Understand alignment, movement patterns, and biomechanics
-
Modify exercises for different bodies and experience levels
-
Cue effectively and build thoughtful class sequences
-
Teach real clients and handle real challenges as they arise
A year gives you time to practice, make mistakes, ask questions, and let your understanding deepen—rather than cramming exercises into a single weekend. You'll train under working instructors who teach real clients daily, so you see what teaching actually looks like, not just what it looks like on paper.
NEXT COHORT BEGINS JAN 2027

This isn't the fastest path to becoming a Pilates instructor
It's the one that makes you a better one. Our goal isn't a certificate and a binder of exercises. It's a teacher who can walk into a studio and know exactly what they're doing. Ready to take the next step? If you want a program that challenges and supports you while you grow into a confident instructor, we'd love to have you join us.
