Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 20, 2026

Welcome to Native Pilates. By purchasing a class, package, membership, private session, workshop, training program, retreat, or other service from Native Pilates LLC (“Native Pilates,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before participating in any Native Pilates service.

1. Registration & Payments

All classes, sessions, memberships, packages, workshops, trainings, and events must be booked and paid for through our designated booking system or other approved payment method.

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a membership or recurring service, you authorize Native Pilates to charge the payment method on file according to the terms of your membership or payment agreement.

All purchases are subject to the expiration dates, restrictions, and terms associated with the specific membership, package, class, workshop, or service purchased.

2. Class Reservations

Class and session reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed once it has been successfully booked through our scheduling system.

Because class sizes are limited, we ask that clients reserve only the classes they reasonably intend to attend.

Native Pilates reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, class formats, or locations when necessary.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules change. However, because our classes and sessions have limited availability, timely cancellations are important.

Unlimited Memberships

Members with unlimited memberships who cancel a class less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, or who do not attend a class they reserved, will be charged a $25 late cancellation/no-show fee.

All Other Memberships & Class Packages

For clients using a class package or limited membership, cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class time, as well as no-shows, will result in the class credit being forfeited.

Single Classes

Single-class purchases canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled class time, or missed without cancellation, are subject to the full class charge.

Private Lessons

Private lessons must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid losing the lesson credit.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the private lesson credit being forfeited.

4. Membership Terms

Memberships are subject to the specific terms presented at the time of purchase, including membership type, monthly rate, commitment period, included classes, and applicable benefits.

Memberships automatically renew according to the terms of the membership agreement unless properly canceled.

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted with a 30 day written notice to our email.

Memberships are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another individual unless expressly approved by Native Pilates.

5. Membership Holds & Pauses

Membership pauses or holds are subject to the terms of the specific membership purchased and may be subject to limitations.

Any approved membership pause will temporarily suspend membership billing and/or access according to the terms communicated at the time the pause is approved.

6. Expiration of Packages & Credits

Class packages, promotional offers, private lesson packages, and other credits are subject to their stated expiration dates.

Unused credits do not automatically extend beyond their expiration date and are not eligible for refunds solely because they were not used before expiration, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Native Pilates.

Promotional pricing and special offers may have additional restrictions and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.

7. Workshops, Events & Special Programs

Workshops, retreats, teacher trainings, special events, and other programs may have individual registration, payment, cancellation, refund, and transfer policies.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, registration fees are subject to the cancellation and refund terms provided at the time of purchase.

For workshops and special events, cancellations made within the stated cancellation period may be eligible for a refund. After that period, payments may be non-refundable.

Native Pilates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop, event, training, or program when necessary. If Native Pilates cancels an event, registered participants will be notified and will receive any refund or credit specifically offered for the canceled event.

8. Private Parties & Studio Rentals

Private parties and studio rentals are subject to separate booking terms.

Private parties require a 50% deposit to reserve the date, with the remaining balance due according to the booking agreement.

Private parties should be scheduled at least four weeks in advance whenever possible.

Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Private party guests must follow all Native Pilates studio rules, instructor instructions, safety guidelines, and applicable policies while using the studio.

9. Physical Activity & Assumption of Risk

Pilates and other movement-based classes and services involve physical activity and may involve a risk of injury.

By participating in classes, private sessions, workshops, events, retreats, or other physical activities offered by Native Pilates, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume the ordinary risks associated with physical activity.

You are responsible for informing your instructor of any injuries, limitations, medical conditions, pregnancy, postpartum considerations, or other circumstances that may affect your ability to safely participate.

Native Pilates instructors are not medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.

You should consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning a new exercise program or participating in exercise if you have questions about whether exercise is appropriate for you.

If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom during a class or session, you should stop participating and notify your instructor immediately.

10. Minors

Participants under the age of 18 must have appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian before participating in Native Pilates services.

Native Pilates reserves the right to establish age requirements for individual classes, programs, workshops, or events.

11. Studio Policies & Conduct

Clients and guests are expected to treat instructors, staff, other clients, and studio property with respect.

Native Pilates reserves the right to refuse service or remove a participant from a class, event, or facility when conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Participants must follow instructor directions and all studio safety rules.

Clients are responsible for returning equipment and props to their designated locations and treating studio equipment with care.

12. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while at the studio.

Native Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

13. Photography & Media

Native Pilates may occasionally photograph or record classes, workshops, events, or other studio activities for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a member of the Native Pilates team before the activity begins.

Native Pilates will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.

14. Changes to Classes, Instructors & Locations

Native Pilates reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, class formats, pricing, studio locations, and services when reasonably necessary.

While we make every effort to provide accurate schedules and information, occasional changes may occur.

Memberships and packages remain subject to the terms applicable to the service purchased.

15. Weather, Emergencies & Unforeseen Circumstances

Native Pilates may cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify classes, sessions, or events due to severe weather, emergencies, facility issues, instructor availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When possible, affected clients will be notified as soon as practical.

16. Pricing & Promotional Offers

Prices, memberships, packages, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to change.

Promotional offers may be available for a limited time and may include additional eligibility requirements or restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

17. Account Information

Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate contact, billing, and account information.

Please notify Native Pilates of changes to your email address, phone number, payment information, or other account information to ensure that you receive important communications regarding your membership, reservations, and purchases.

18. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided on our website is accurate and current. However, schedules, pricing, instructors, services, and other information may change without notice.

Native Pilates reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with the applicable effective date.
